1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website at growindiaup.com, creating an investor account, or engaging our architectural glass and interior fitout services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in India.

2. Manufacturing Orders & Technical Tolerances

All custom glass orders are fabricated to customer-approved shop drawings and bill of quantities (BOQ). Tolerances for cutting, beveling, hole positions, and furnace bow/warp adhere strictly to BIS IS 2553 specifications. Custom-tempered glass cannot be cut or modified post-tempering.

3. Investor Account & Capital Participation

Users must provide accurate, verified information during registration. Accounts are strictly personal; multiple accounts by the same individual to exploit referral incentives are prohibited. Capital participation in our expansion tiers is executed voluntarily following the user's independent evaluation of market risks.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Ledger Settlement

Deposit requests via INR bank transfer or USDT TRC20 must correspond to verifiable transaction references. Uploaded screenshot proofs must match bank receipts. Withdrawals are processed to the verified user's registered bank account, UPI, or crypto address. Growindiaup reserves the right to request KYC re-verification if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Intellectual Property

All architectural renders, proprietary technical documentation, trademarks, and platform software belong solely to Growindiaup Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property statutes.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
